I cannot believe the lackluster service we received. The staff showed no interest in our celebrations, and despite informing them it was a special occasion, we were given a view of the parking lot. On top of that, the restaurant was closed, which we had confirmed would be available. How can a hotel not provide basic necessities like water during our stay? The overall experience was incredibly disappointing, and I expected much more for the price we paid.

I had a great time with clean, comfortable rooms and a cozy vibe. The jacuzzi with stunning mountain views was a highlight! I would definitely come back for the nice decor and overall comfort.

I arrived early and got to check into my room at 1:00 PM, which was awesome. I loved relaxing in the heated swimming pool and soaking in the jacuzzi after a day of exploring. The breakfast could use a little upgrade, but overall, it was a pleasant stay! 😊
